Orlando Is the Team That's Closest to Contending in the Lottery

Orlando had the lowest win projection of any team in my projections and that I don't think matches with the conditional wisdom that they are closest to contending. Detroit was on my hardest list 29 and a half 29 and ahalf so you're betting on them to go 30 and 52 so I think they won 20 games last year. The bench is gonna take some work for Duane Casey to figure out the right rotation particularly if Killian Hayes is just a bust but Jayden Ivy  to me is the wild card both this year and long-term.
