The Importance of Socialization

I had a sociopathic boss when I was in a large firm, and she would throw folders at my head. She'd have the blinds down most of the time, but sometimes she'd be looking into her office. The other one is alcohol, which is not discussed nearly as much as it should be. Like safe spaces are one thing, but most incidents of actual violence involve alcohol. It's hard to say no to people who have more power than you. So assertiveness training is one that is good.
