The Lowest Sustainable Fat Intake in Bodybuilding

Barry Aclin has asked, what's the lowest sustainable fat intake? Which I guess is individual. But if we take the psychology out of it, maybe and just look at like the human or what can we survive on? If we say like lowest sustainable, I would say like maybe 10%. But I would burn on 20% really quick. Like I'm very hesitant, especially women to go below 20% fat. It's sort of a trap because it feels nice at first where you get more volume in. And then over time, I found that you just get this insatiable appetite very often, especially if you go like zero fat.
