I've started doing this multiple times a day Right so instead of like sitting in one place. You can make that anxiety feeling that sometimes is with you all day long. You can actually make that completely go away with two exhales. I have a theory That if you did that alone you wouldn't need blood pressure meds If you're in the lower end of the high blood pressure range just a hypothesis And I'm trying it myself, but  I'll bet you I'll bet you it would work for all of you.
