How Do You Grow Better Leadership?
Some leadership in some individuals have equality, a disposition of gut check or just that intuition. How does an organization grow better leadership or grow better intuitive people? That's a very good question. For me, intuition is the result of experience, of something one has learned in his or her life and that is now culminating in a one specific moment where a decision is done. So the ingredients is really a good work, lot of experience, and then it comes automatically.
