Building Office Space Is a Tough Sector
The national net absorption of office space plummeted from a net positive absorption in q3 of three million square feet. Vacancies ticked up for the fourth consecutive quarter to 18.7 percent in office so the numbers right now for office are looking really quite grim and yet at the same time there's over 70 billion dollars invested in new construction of office across the country how can there possibly be that disconnect Peter? I don't get why he hasn't advised anybody to build an office building since the pandemic began it's a tough sector to start with and there's a big question I could be wrong It's what I call the cathe factory you know I've been married for 50 years come this
