Is Creatine Supplementation Helping to Improve Cognitive Performance?

There's 16 cognition studies now and 13 of them show improved cognitive performance. I think it probably has to do with the fact that a stressed brain is in a real energy crisis, either a chronic or acute. So whether it's a traumatic brain injury or frailty and very, very old individuals or some sort of disease, I think these are probably the most optimal places for creatine supplementation to have a large impact on cognition.
