The Power of Customer Journey Maps

Mapping can be really powerful in shifting the mindset of perhaps someone who is very entrenched, you know, by nature of just being in an organization day in day out. And it's always so interesting to see how people delineate the steps and how many steps they think there are. The contrast between what a service provider thinks the set of steps is and how a customer sees them is often also really, really effective at helping people to see their service from a new perspective.
