How Do We Slice and Dice People Apart?
When we get a new athlete from a training perspective, what do most of us do? Maybe we have a form they fill out fill out. What kind of workouts have you done? What was your training or coaching like in the past? We're trying to get an idea of where they're where they came from and what their kind of physiology, strengths, weaknesses, training in terms of what they've done and haven't done. And I think that far too, you know, let me step back. It comes down to there's consistency and trust. One different high performance athletes had two very different types of personality.
