How to Get More Intensity in Your Workout

Get cold before you work out lower that core body temperature. It's our body temp that stops us, so if you lower your core body temperature the brain won't send a signal and you can actually get more intense in your workout. Deaf Goggins doesn't have that. He would like get cold before the pull ups in my, I mean, I do something insane. Do start with manageable. We don't need the huge life events. And when they come, they're great, but we can't expect that to happen.
