Deep breaths have like been proven through anything. Like you can find studies on anything that breath helps you do just like calm down and drop into your body. And it really makes sense with the neuroscience and like pathways and stuff because the more you practice something, the more it becomes a part of your neurological pathways to feel good from this ritual or behavior. I invite you to even like switch the language around that. Because it's not necessarily even a negative experience. It's sometimes necessary for us to numb out and to have those experiences as we go through life.
