People who aren't doing their work find it easier to avoid getting fired. In this labour market, right? No one wants to fire anyone, and it's always been possible. For least effective managers, 14 % of their staffs were quietly quitting. And for people who were considered effective managers, 62% of their employees were willing to make extra effort for their job.
