I'm not going to take agency away from folks that are really ambitious in career driven correct and there have been a couple of times where we've hired somebody that really is putting as much like skin of the game and working just as hard it's not common. providing people with work-life balance is going to allow you to attract top talent and you're aligning with what they need to hear for them to be healthy and not burn out. I would always want to be the opportunity that every employee here pursues so whether it's somebody wanting to move to a different department or somebody wanting more responsibility or somebody who you know once more once a higher salary it's like let's have
