Is There a FX Mismatch?
The US dollar has been on just an absolute rampage this year. It does strike me this deal is priced in Swedish Corona, Corona and I believe two thirds of Swedish matches revenue comes in US dollars. That FX mismatch right there could argue for a bump because they've been taking in cashflow. So, it's not always the secondary impact, sometimes negates or softens primary. They could bump substantially.
