The advice is kind of all over the map. It's not broken down into sections or categories, which makes this a really hard book to do for book work. He encourages us to share these with someone younger, which I think is kind of a cool idea and pay it forward. However, it's almost like a Derek Sivers book where Derek Sivers tends to just share a bunch of these little essays in his books. And you just take the ones that resonate with you.
