I think that there is a shift in private equity or just like private capital and market investing towards democratization amongst capital allocators. And then I also think that's going to trickle down in a really exciting way to the companies that are being funded. So you do feel like a positive shift, at least in your gut. You know, I don't know how much this works, but these big tech companies will put in place systems to like break those barriers, be more human at work.
