Your Website Can Do 80% of the Selling for You
A lot of companies in this space are handcuffed by their distribution model. They can't go direct to consumer because they've been in distribution for so long. If you do not have a direct relationship with your customer, you are vulnerable. And so like when and if you can get a direct to consumer motion working as one of these companies and the revenue starts out past distributors, then you have leverage over distribution.
