Immunotherapy for Non-Smoking Lung Cancer
When should checkpoint inhibitors be introduced for patients with driver alterations? And we know from a wealth of data that for these non-smoking driver mutations, immunotherapy has been pretty disappointing. I would think about immunotherapy only after we've exhausted TKI therapy because really I think it's too toxic. There is a suggestion that giving VEGF inhibitors can enhance the efficacy of immunotherapy.
