The Beauty of Awful Castle
There was a lot of reconstruction done in the late 19th century, but also through the 20th century. Visitors today can see a number of displays as you go through explaining the history of the castle. There's an unusual spiral staircase that goes along the side connecting each floor which I particularly love because it has really unusual evidence of shuttering.
