Advertisers used to buy ads on podcast mail chimp, which sold for 11 or 12 billion dollars. But as more and more people started listening to podcasts, advertisers took note. Now now they have a problem, because a company like guy co doesn't really want host red ads. A lot of hosts might have pushed back on reading ads that weren't right in their wheelhouse.
