The Power of Foreshadowing in Adipa's Life
The whole part where Pierce's calling starts with heavy Slavic tones looking for a bat and comic Negro then a hostile pachukodialect and a Gestapo officer I mean those are all over the place. The prose of it was just the kind of blatant foreshadowing which isn't always common in his books. When when adipas is talking to Roseman um when they have their meeting you know after they uh they go to lunch and he's trying to play flitzy with her.
