Eggs and Bacon Toast
I eat about a dozen eggs a day. I don't cut the yolk out though. I kind of do it sunnyside up and then pop it so it's running. The way to make yolks perfect, they're not quite sunnysideside up. They look over easy. But this way you get a perfect yolk and you don't have like that globulin raw white part around the outside. You throw an ounce of water in the pan, you put a lid on it. And with a duck egg, it's like you break the yolk and it's just like slow gravy moving like it's perfect.
