I still the dumbest thing I've heard in like the last few years was like that comment. People don't want to self custody. And until there's no mainstream use case, when you have to like hold your Bitcoin in a physical hardware, why it just doesn't make any sense. The right way to start a company is to fall in love with the problem. To really understand what is the customer problem? What is the need? Because then you can kind of like tweak the solution along the way.
