Can I Learn a Language?

I'm afraid of making mistakes or another way to say that is I'm not ready to talk yet. How would you respond to that excuse? Is that a valid one? People are allowed to feel worried and concerned about speaking language. If the goal is more important than how uncomfortable you feel, then you have to get out of your comfort zone and speak. You're not going to improve without practicing.
