Nigeria's new numbers show 96.3% of revenue in 2022 was spent on debt servicing. Changjin says mistrust among many creditor countries, including between US and China, is an important source of the impasse that we are seeing now. A uniform haircut in post-unquotitors is a solution that presents the least enforcement problem because you don't need to distinguish who are the lenders, he adds.
