When teachers have those little moments with kids where there are those breakthroughs of joy and laughter and enthusiasm, that's the stuff that keeps teachers going. So it is rejuvenating for teachers and it's sustaining for students. And you know, the powers that be, the district people love to hear that it also leads to more positive outcomes. It's really a win-win-win.
