The US Forces in Mali

The UN Security Council voted to end the mandate for minutement in Mali. So by December, there will be zero UN personnel in Mali. The Junta in Bamako is expousing that they moved in Russian Wagner, you know, paramilitary forces as their security partners. But nothing has really changed for them on the ground in Africa since progressions little insurrection.
