How Do You Pace an Eating Talent Video?

I love and I think it's great because you get some like amazing numbers. But I just looked up how many calories is in one plane hot dog? It says 240. So yeah, making content interesting and watching people enjoy it is equally up there with one of my passions always. What are some of your favorite challenges that you've done?
