How did you approach leadership challenge? First and foremost, when you deal with an issue like this, you got to have a framework of how you have to solve this problem. The second part of it is the transparency associated with it, with employees, customers, your partners on what do you know, what is next? You have to work with a great sense of urgency, because you got a act and start making progress. But equally, you have to demonstrate a sense of humility as you go through this urgency, because nobody knows how to solve these problems. And so i would say we were leveraging all those principles across the team we calle ourselves solarians, by the way.
