It doesn't pass the sniff test for me. And there an't been so much consolidation here. The fact that it makes it on to this tells you that it doesn't fit in the strike zone for the professional buyers out there who do these in their sleep. So i think you could probably really look at this thing and figure out, where is most of the revenue coming from, where ismost of the cash flow coming from? That is a drastically different business than running a motelunow at the beach,. or running a restaurant at a marina, or running a giftup.
