Working with Secondary Functions

Building on Episode 1, this episode explores how to use personality type as a development tool. Understanding your type reveals specific pathways for psychological growth through embracing your gifts, tempering your power, and reconciling with your shadow.

We'll explore how the Shadow Map model breaks down each of the eight functions, showing how every function has both light and dark manifestations. Each function requires facing its excesses and integrating its opposite.

This approach integrates Jung's personality type theory with shadow work, active imagination, and the Seven Habits of Individuation.
