The Sacrifice of Love
The Eucharist is a sacrament of love, love being poured out. It's also a sign of unity. In fact, we only can be admitted to the Eucharist if we're in communion with the church. The more and more a family eats together, the more they have the opportunity to be bound to each other. And that's what we're doing here in the Euchitarian as well.
