There was a clear correlation between the satisfaction that employees felt tat work and profits. When employers felt great about how they were treated, their work environment, their work was better - more profit came to the company. The second most important factor was that people felt passion and purpose at work. And if you want satisfied or happy employees and want to perform well, you need to work on makingsire people have a sense of purpose and they feel passionate.
