Is the Chinese Law Enforcement Act Legitimate?
There has been a lot of research on this. Even if you use law in a way that doesn't necessarily prove economically beneficial yet, as long as your governmental actions are based on law, the Chinese seem to respond pretty positive towards just the sheer introduction of law itself. And they're still going to respond positively towards that. Not perhaps not quite as positively as they might respond to some of the substantive self, but still positively enough that it makes a real difference. Right. How robust are those findings?
