I think of it as a defining paradox of whiteness, that a lot of people, we can't get out of it. And that's part of why this is a constant, like dealing with the modern knowledge hierarchy,. The domination of the idea of the dead world implies a very direct, anti-racist struggle against these things. It basically requires to take some of it back or to conquer new ground, some of it you can't take back. I mean, like, you're starting to wear swastikas and stuff like that. There's too much suffering associated with such an image. But there are other parts of imagery that you can work with and you can take it back.
