Connecting to the Urban Market Is Really Important

I think we've got to be careful in terms of uh well let me just give you an example. In the northeast there are lots of successful examples of farms up the Hudson Valley and within a couple of hours of New York City. Those operations get very well connected to both restaurants and to the their sponsoring them as well as farmers markets as well as brands that are building within Manhattan. So having that tighter connection is really important from an investment standpoint.
