The Power of in-Breath
Most people firstly have to realize that voice is out-breath. Most people don't think about their voices at all and they get worried about speaking too fast or feeling out of control. What happens when you wait for the in-breath, like a lovely smell, the reflex that the body does brilliantly, the system says, you're safe. As soon as your system feels safe, guess what? A great speaker is there.
