When you go remote, you may be get 90 % of the benefit, but you have to lean so hard into the final ten% for it really to compliment and work well. So i think about the entanglement of, let's b remote and a sink, but i have to get on a plane a couple of times a year and just go see the people that i work most intimately with. And beyond zoomaldey, for example, wehave alot time and space to run our own schedules. Even the first time i spent time with people at the company in person, it was just a generational leap in my relationship with them, you know.
