In this world view, russia would not be a global hedgeman, but it would be a major empire. And there would be cooperation with major pows possibly like india, possibly like china. So that's how it is. That is the great russian dream, one could say. A society that idolizes entertainers is going to be a very, very er. It's not going to be good society.
