Is There a Medical Diagnosis?
Jos: There's this idea of helping kids, and sometimes we can help them without a diagnosis. Sometimes they don't meet criteria, and we can still help them. I understand how it must be incredibly frustrating for parents that are just looking to do the best and the most right thing for their child. For me, as a school psychologist, the same exact thing. Always want the child to be successful,. And i assume that most teachers want the same thing.
