How to Measure a Cubit in a Quana Mechanical Environment
Fault tolerance in a quana mechanical context is the ratio between how long it remains unmeasured by the environment when you're trying not to measure it, divided by how quickly you can manipulate it when you do want to measure it. If you can get that ratio up into the range of ten thousand or something like that, then it becomes possible to do something called fault tolerance. There's a cross over a threshold. When you get threshold, then you can scale your system into the realm in which you can have an arbitrarily long lived, effective, logical cubit. But nobody's done it. It's nota, you know, it's not controversial like quanto mechanics itself.
