How to Set Up an Ethics Team for AI Bias
Do you think all companies should have an ethics team for their AI? What advice would you give a company considering the gravity of what you do and where they should start or revert course if they're already on this journey. You need to be mindful of different cultures and different perspectives when it comes to global aspect of it but there are foundations that regardless of where we live those are the foundations of what we can consider as responsible with regards to AI.
