Michael Cohen is likely going to be the star witness. The key, as with any cooperating witness, is corroboration. Michael Cohen has claimed, oh, I'm backed up by documents. We've seen the checks that Donald Trump and the Trump org issue to reimburse Michael Cohen for the Hush Money payments. Some of them signed by Donald Trump. That's good evidence. But the important thing to keep in mind here is the crime is not knowing about Hush Money. The crime is the falsification of business records.
