Tracy's class rose from 40 students to 45 which you might think superficially pretty much a rounding camera and it changed the dynamics. We found that by fine tuning all of these things busy people didn't drop out beforehand because they had that sort of personal connection. The second day we'd always do a kind of street food which came from all of countries or as many countries as possible so that they get a chance to tell stories about their culture about their food.
