The 10th Casing From the Assailants Gun That Night
10 casings were ejected from the assailants gun that night with eight bullets presumed to have been recovered. The police report states that five Super X.22 cartridge cases found at the scene by Corinna Dan Heran were turned over to the responding officer at the crime scene. Only nine casings were examined in the DOJ report also indicating that one casing that on the passenger floorboard of the ramblah was never tested. This casing can be argued as linked to the bullet retrieved from David Faraday's head which didn't exhibit the same right hand class characteristics as the other six submitted bullets.
