How to Track Your Marathon Goals

This year was really going to be about getting back to the basics of speed, strength and ultimately as a part of the process I ended up lingering longer on speed and strength than I anticipated. Oftentimes, for those of us that like to hang out at the half marathon and marathon, there's opportunities on the 5k and 10k end. We need to mix up periods we're working on speed and half distance and marathon distance without working in those other distances.
