Oh, sounds pretty good. What I'm all mean by it is there's a huge amount of headaches that come with it. And a million net passive, like for the average person out there, it's probably like, ask, do you need that much? Like, or like, do you need that much? Once you get the bug, yeah. Yeah, that's the thing. I think like realistically, what you could build is like a 20, 30 property portfolio. Like we're talking, you build a 20 plus property portfolio, 20, 30, you're talking like you could build easy a half a million dollar passive income. You know what I mean? Like I've gone silly because of what I do, right? It's just like, it is, it's silly to get to this level. It's silly, but it's just like the deals would have got crashed. It's a headache for someone else. I can create a solution out of it and do it. It's, it's, it's a privilege to be able to do that sort of stuff. But what, what I more meant by it was like, there's a huge amount of headache blood sweat and tears that comes with it and it's also a huge commitment piece okay so like that portfolio that size it is a huge commitment piece to kind of get there as well whereas like if you could build a 20 to 30 in 10 years and then chill and then consolidate and sell them down and you still get to your half a mil or maybe a mil like obviously it depends on what you buy and all the rest of it still pretty good without having it's obviously still amazing without having to go silly, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
