Rocketman: A Memoir of Robert Goddard

Jeff Bezos' company Blue Origin is named after Robert Goddard, the father of modern rocketry. In 1919, Goddard wrote a paper called A Method of Reaching Extreme Altitudes and that touched on the possibility of developing a rocket to reach the moon. At the time, the notion of reaching the moon seemed as far-fetched as it was ridiculous.
