How to Overcome the Confirmation Bias in Teams
A way to mitigate the confirmation bias in teams is to get access to alternative voices. We actually use some recruitment tools and platforms for doing that, because i think a common misconception about user researches you have to find someone on the street or it's your colleagues. Usee research is about understanding needs, pains, ambitions, motivations. In order to work out what is the right product that would fit for that. Also, maintaining some healthy scepticism and realizing that not everybody is like us is really, really important.
