Vopel's Santee Is a Place Where Like It's Not Safe, Right?

When Vopel was mayor in 2001, there was a school shooting in Santee about which he spoke. He hasn't spoken about this one yet at all. Like it definitely has whether or not that's the case now It's becoming more more diverse, I think, like ethnically but it certainly has a reputation of being a place where like it's not safe.
